Gregory and Yvonne Dean - UK: February 2008

Panama La Verde provided us, as birdwatcher/photographers, with an excellent package. We first met up with Yenia at the Rutland Bird Fair and warmed to her immediately with her enthusiasm and knowledge.

Her suggested accommodation proved comfortable and friendly in both beautiful surroundings and great bird watching locations.

Yenia was always helpful and gave us great bilingual birding guides. We came home with fantastic memories and copious photographs of many special birds.

Seldom do we meet up with such friendly tour operators as Panama La Verde and we hope to be able to return to Panama soon to explore new areas. We are confident that Yenia’s team will suggest and provide us with a reliable itinerary for another enjoyable trip.

Panama's rising reputation as a world-class birding destination is well deserved. The country is beautiful, the people are friendly, the tourism infrastructure is excellent, and some of tropical America's most fascinating birds are incredibly easy to see. If you are planning a birding trip to this famous isthmus of land connecting the continents of North and South America, you owe it to yourself to check out what Panama La Verde Birding Circuits has to offer. Their member inns and lodges stretch like a necklace across Panama, offering access to all the best birding habitats with itineraries customized to fit your plans, pace, and budget.

I spent a week birding in Panama with Panama La Verde and can enthusiastically recommend their services for birders and eco tourists.

The Panama La Verde Birding Circuit offers a rich, rewarding Panamanian experience. I enjoyed the fireplace suites at Los Quetzales Ecolodge in the cloud forest, the country charm of the Park Eden B&B in El Valle, the lush views at Hostal Casa de Campo in Cerro Azul, and the Albrook Inn’s convenience and proximity to the Canal. I would happily return to eat more delicious food, visit with the friendly people, and see more beautiful birds
